Refund Policy
At Horeb Limited, we are committed to providing quality business consultancy services and digital resources to our clients. To ensure clarity and protect both parties, the following refund policy applies:

Consultations & 1:1 Services:
- All bookings for consultations and one-to-one services are non-refundable once confirmed.
- If you are unable to attend your session, you may request to reschedule once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

Mentorship Programmes & Group Coaching:
- Deposits made for group programmes, mentorships, or cohort-based services are non-refundable.
- If you have paid in full, you may be eligible for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- You have not accessed any course materials, attended any sessions, or received personalised feedback.
- Once a programme has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

Webinars & Online Events:
- All payments for webinars, masterclasses, and live online events are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you do not attend.

Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Toolkits):
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- By purchasing, you agree that your access to the product begins immediately, and you waive your right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

- If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us at support@horeblimited.co.uk within 7 days of the transaction.
